The House system
The school can boast of having set the bench mark in inter house activities. The four houses are named ‘Aubry’,’Douris’,’Emmanuel’ and ‘Lvy’ after the founders of the school.

The Student Council
The Student Council consists of the Head Boy and Girl. There are also two Captains from each Vice-captain from each House to help them administer their duties.

School Publication
An Editorial Board, headed by the vice principal is responsible for publishing the school magazine every year.

Parent Teacher Meetings
There is a continuous interaction between the teachers and parents of the school regarding the performance of their wards. These meetings are scheduled for the second Saturday of every month between 9 am to 11 am.

Day Boarding Facilities
The school also offers day boarding facilities from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. during which the child attends school, has lunch, special tuitions and then attends games.

Infirmary
The school maintains an infirmary with necessary medicines. It deals with all cases of minor ailments and injuries. It is staffed by a trained nurse. In case of serious illness or major injury, the parent will be informed immediately and the pupil will be sent home accompanied by some member of the staff. In such case parent/guardians are requested to cover transport charges.

Office Hours
Any one wishing to meet the principal may do so between 9 a.m and 10 a.m each day. (Except Sundays & holidays) or by prior appointment.

School Session
The academic year starts in April and ends in March the following year. The summer vacations are from mid May to mid July and the winter vacations are from mid December to mid January.

The School timings are:
Summer 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
Winter 8:15 am to 1:30 pm

Quality Assured
Carmainians have a right to be proud Our Students have regularly excelled in Board exams at the Class Ten (I.C.S.E) level as well as at the Class Twelve (I.S.C) level. A stimulating approach to each subject and a continuous monthly assessment procedure is followed. These are added to the three terminal assessments, which we have annually. In order to quality for promotion into the next class a child must obtain at least 50 % marks in all subjects.
